My venue consultancy business was largely founded out of my experiences over running my own independent wedding planning business and sourcing venues and project managing hundreds of weddings as an outsider within a range of individual wedding locations.  The things I noticed that could be done better, that could be done differently and also that were done exceptionally well too. A treasure trove of experience and knowledge that I’m as keen now a decade on to share as I was back then.  I’m passionate about helping venues and the teams behind them to uplevel, grow and thrive.

I’ve always worked in a very bespoke way. Whilst the Fresh Eyes Audit is a package with a simple pricing structure, it’s entirely tailor-made in terms of the advice and focus. For some clients more time is spent on team development and training, with others it’s on longer term goals of outsourcing, renovation and further developing the physical offering; my consultancy is entirely bespoke working with a huge variety of business models and scenarios.

And yes we cover the nitty gritty - looking at stats, key performance indicators, key customer communications, marketing listings and so much more.

  • Preparation / full review of current wedding product sales & marketing remotely by Kelly .

  • 1 action packed day of consulting together with the team (10-4pm approx) on site at your venue to review, to talk through advice, to brainstorm.

  • Short summary report of key action points and advice - this is very practical - I’m all about ensuring you're set to take action and see results not about reports that sit on a shelf.

  • Follow up 1 x 60 minute follow up session by Zoom in month 1 to support with accountability/further questions to help you to take the steps and keep moving forwards.

  • Includes return travel up to 100 miles to/from my Surrey base.

What's theInvestment?

The total investment for the Signature Fresh Eyes Audit for Wedding Venues is £5,450 plus VAT.

I regularly consult all over the country (up to Scotland and down to Cornwall is very usual). Additional sensible costs for travel and extra time are charged in addition to the basic fee for venues outside of 100 miles of Guildford, Surrey.
